Cancellation Policy

At Divinez Skin & Body, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient and fair service for all our clients, please take note of the following:
📅 Cancellations and Rescheduling:
• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
💳 Deposits:
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment (you can specify the amount or percentage here).
• The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
• If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
⏰ Late Arrivals:
• A 15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy will apply.
